707-138 VH-EBB taking-off from Nadi, Fiji on its delivery flight to
Sydney on 2 July 1959. Despite appearances to the contrary, logo lights
hadn't been invented in 1959! The bright spot on the fin and rudder
is a reflection from the tailplane/elevator. The runway had been completed
just recently, hence the dust. (This photo was previously thought to
depict the landing at Sydney. The caption was corrected on 12 June 2007)
